Aloo puri OR Aloo poori OR Potato stuffed poori is a yummy and crunchy potato stuffed Indian recipe. These Aloo poori can be prepared and served for breakfast, lunch or as an evening snack. Make sure you have all the above listed ingredients. 2. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. 3. knead it for few minutes to a firm dough. 4. Make small balls like I did in the video. 5. roll out into small medium pooris. 6. preheat oil in a pan and slide a poori slowly in hot oil. 7. Turn it upside down and fry from other side. 8.
